Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 August 2026

How DomoVista handles personal data on this website. This is a short policy because the site does very little with your data.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, which part of our offer interests you, and your message. There is no account system and nothing else is collected.

How it reaches us

Contact form submissions are transmitted by Formspree, Inc., a US-based form processing service, and delivered to our email inbox. Your details are used for one purpose: replying to your enquiry. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies. Visitors are identified by a hash of the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so it cannot follow you between visits or across other websites. What we see is aggregate: which pages were viewed, the referring site, an approximate country or city, and the type of device and browser. There are no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking. If we ever add anything that does set a cookie, this page changes first and a consent banner appears with it.

What is stored in your browser

One item: your light or dark theme preference, kept in localStorage so the site does not flash the wrong theme when you return. It never leaves your device and is not a cookie. Clearing your site data removes it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to how it is processed. Thailand's PDPA gives comparable rights. Email us and we will action it. No form required.
