How we work
Can the system be shaped around our project?
Yes. The system is built around your project's actual device schedule and unit types. That is settled at the specification stage, which is why the design review happens while the drawings can still change.
What exactly do we receive?
You choose: stills, a video tour, first-person exploration, or any combination. Stills arrive at print and campaign resolution. The video tour is edited and ready to publish. The exploration runs in a browser, with nothing to install.
When should we bring you in?
The earlier the better, and the first conversation to understand your project is free. First fix happens after the studwork and before the plasterboard, and it is the only opportunity to run cable, fit back boxes and place conduit. Being called after it costs a great deal, and sometimes costs the feature entirely.
What happens after it is installed?
An annual support contract keeps it maintained and updated after handover. Before that, automation fails at the installation far more often than in the software, so we write the specification the trades build from, then inspect and sign off what they built.
Two tracks, run the same way.
Both follow the sequence the industry uses. Each has a point where you approve the direction before the detailed work begins: the greybox review on ArchViz, the design review on smart home.

An untextured pass, so you approve camera angles, furniture layout and sightlines before anything is expensive. Correcting geometry here costs minutes; correcting it after lighting costs days.

Finishes, textures, and the lighting that sets the time of day.

A full-quality draft for your comments before the final pass.

We read the electrical, mechanical and low-voltage packages against what the automation actually needs, and flag the gaps while drawings can still change.

We oversee the stage that cannot be redone: cables, back boxes, conduit. Everything after this is recoverable. This is not.
