What we do

The 3D that sells your development, and the smart home inside it.

Two things a residential developer needs, at opposite ends of the same project. They are normally bought from two different suppliers who never speak to each other. Nobody else does both.

Before it is built

We rebuild your development as a photorealistic 3D environment, from your drawings, before construction starts. Your buyers can see any room from any angle, watch a film of it, or walk through it themselves, months or years before the development exists.

After handover

The finished development runs on smart-home software we build for it. Residents control their apartment and book the building's amenities from apps carrying your name, not the logo of whichever hardware supplier the contractor happened to use. We also specify and sign off the installation that makes it work.

Why it matters

Home-automation installers do not build 3D environments. 3D studios do not build software. Hiring both means two contracts, two brands and nothing connecting what you sold to what you handed over.
